Neptune + Way2B1: align family life, decisions and capital
Way2B1 focuses on family operations, collaboration and decision workflows. Neptune’s differentiated case is strongest when evidence, entity-specific liquidity and financial obligations need to meet that family coordination process.

Two roles. One better workflow.
Compare the role each system can play. Capabilities overlap; the useful test is whether this combination improves your office’s actual process.
| Dimension | Way2B1 | Neptune |
|---|---|---|
| Core role | Family collaboration, tasks, decisions, approvals and financial administration with assistive AI. | A shared operating workspace connecting entities, evidence, obligations, tasks and permission-aware agents. |
| Records to bring | Selected tasks, obligations and entities that your permissions allow. | CSV, XLSX or JSON previews, field mapping, validation and duplicate review before a confirmed import. |
| Best place to start | Keep the source system and the controls your office assigns to it. | Link a shared family decision to entity-specific liquidity, funding obligations and evidence. |
| Agent authority | Source access follows your provider contract, role and export permissions. | Temporary, scoped, revocable access for ordinary records and imports. Humans retain financial approval. |
| Connection today | Obtain an export through an authorized operator or permitted agent. | Portable file imports and the Neptune API. A native Way2B1 connector or ledger write-back is not implemented. |

Family operations are more than investments
The reviewed Way2B1 materials include tasks, decisions, approvals, expenses, bills and family collaboration, with assistive AI. Those capabilities matter and should not disappear in a technology migration.
Evaluate overlap honestly
Neptune also includes family tasks and decisions. Using both is worthwhile only when the shared process reduces duplication. A sensible starting point is a specific financial obligation that needs legal-entity context and a verified evidence chain.
Make capital serve a purpose
In Neptune, philanthropic and planetary goals can sit beside their operating tasks and funding obligations. Goal descriptions and recorded amounts do not prove real-world impact; the family should define a measurable outcome and attach supporting evidence.
Migrate selectively
Export only what the authorized person can obtain. Start with selected tasks, obligations and entities, preview duplicates, and keep the source records. Neptune currently supports portable exports and scoped import access; it does not claim a native Way2B1 API integration.
Primary sources
Provider descriptions are based on the following reviewed materials. Vendor names identify independent products; no partnership or native connector is implied.
Bring one workflow into orbit.
Start with the example office, then create a private workspace and import a permitted export.
