What Neptune is

Neptune is an operating workspace for entities, holdings, cash, obligations, documents, human approvals, accounting records, family responsibilities and philanthropic goals. Its live assistant uses OpenRouter to analyze permitted records and propose tasks with citations.

What makes it useful

Our focus is the work between systems: the notice that becomes an obligation, the obligation that needs authority and funding, and the action whose completion needs evidence. We keep those relationships visible without requiring a family office to replace every trusted platform.

Wealth carries responsibility across generations. Neptune gives long-term family and philanthropic goals a place beside today’s tasks and commitments. Recorded intentions are distinct from measured impact; evidence should support the outcomes a family claims.

Current release

The platform includes managed sign-in, durable private workspaces, entity-scoped team access, encrypted evidence, authorized imports, a cited AI assistant, a human-approved payment preparation workflow and portable exports. Bank execution and external accounting reconciliation remain with the office’s existing providers. Neptune is not a custodian, investment adviser or tax adviser.
